    The Commerce Commission's put tech company Panasonic on warning over likely resale price maintenance


    An investigation found Panasonic probably withheld TVs to two retailers who offered them at a price it wasn't happy with.

    It's also likely they supplied a retailer on less favourable terms for the same reason.

    Commerce Commission Chair Anna Rawlings says this type of illegal behaviour can be harmful for consumers and competition.
