A retail and marketing expert has been left impressed with how proactive FlyBuys has been in its final days

The loyalty scheme officially ends today, with remaining FlyBuys Points available to redeem until midnight tonight.

Any remaining points left after the deadline will expire with the closure of the programme.

Retail strategist Juanita Neville-Te Rito says while it sounds difficult to track down the remaining points, FlyBuys has been very open.

She says they've been incredibly transparent -- sending out many emails and paper statements, as well as going on the TV and radio.
