The commercial property sector could to benefit from a growth in business confidence

The commercial property sector could to benefit from a growth in business confidence

Real estate and investment management company JLL is predicting a positive year ahead.

It's predicting premium office space will dominate demand, while industrial property investment will stay strong.

Head of Research Chris Dibble says OCR cuts have helped businesses understand where they're heading.

Dibble says this will enable them to make better decisions, which will in turn help the property environment when it comes to occupation, demand, construction activity, and investment.
