A slowdown effect is taking hold in the housing market - in what's typically a very busy period

A slowdown effect is taking hold in the housing market - in what's typically a very busy period

OneRoof-Valocity's latest House Value Index reveals property values increased point-four percent in the past three months to 970 thousand dollars.

But this is less than half of the quarterly growth rate recorded at the end of January.

He says vendors are having to be a little bit more realistic about price expectations as they compete for buyers.
