An unexpected homecoming looms large for code-hopping coach David Kidwell

An unexpected homecoming looms large for code-hopping coach David Kidwell

The former Kiwis player and coach has left his post as Parramatta Eels assistant in the NRL - joining Michael Cheika's staff to lead Argentina's defence in rugby union.

It sets up the prospect of Kidwell returning to Christchurch when the Pumas take on the All Blacks in August.

Kidwell says it'll be his first time back home since the pandemic.
