    Sam Cane admits to being a little surprised Joe Schmidt switched to the Wallabies so soon after being in All Blacks camp


    The All Blacks face Schmidt's Australian side for the first time this afternoon in the opening Bledisloe Cup test in Sydney.

    Cane - who was captain of the ABs when Schmidt was a key assistant - has told Newstalk ZB he has enormous respect for Schmidt and enjoyed working with him.
