The Taniwha will challenge the Bulls for the Ranfurly Shield this evening, as they look to claim the Log o' Wood for the first time since 1978.

Reihana says some off-season acquisitions could give Northland the edge this season.

Kickoff is at 7:10pm, with live commentary on Gold Sport and iHeartRadio.
