An upset victory in the New Zealand Trotting Cup at Addington

An upset victory in the New Zealand Trotting Cup at Addington

Kingman has resigned fellow Australian runner and short-priced favourite Leap to Fame to second - on Trackside.

Kaikoura Cup winner Merlin was third.

Kingman's driver and trainer Luke McCarthy says it was an immense performance.

The 14-time race winner was a late entry to the race - owner Mick Harvey paying a 25 thousand dollar fee to get his runner in the field.
