    Bayern Munich's unbeaten run in the group phase of football's Champions League has finally come to an end


    The German giants have been upset 1-nil away to Premier League outfit Aston Villa.

    After stopping Bayern's streak at 41 matches - Villa manager Unai Emery's full of praise for his players.



    The other upset of the morning saw French outfit Lille stun reigning champions Real Madrid 1-nil at home.

    Elsewhere - Liverpool beat Bologna 2-nil, 10-man Juventus edged Leipzig 3-2 - while Portuguese side Benfica stunned Atletico Madrid 4-nil.
