Another chapter in the Boyle brothers cricketing rivalry today

Another chapter in the Boyle brothers cricketing rivalry today

Otago host Canterbury in the Plunket Shield at Dunedin from 10.30am.

Last round, Otago opener Jack and Canterbury middle-order batter Matt both posted 156 to help their sides claim outright victories.

Matt is younger by almost seven years - he says the family bond is strong, even as opponents.

Canterbury coach Peter Fulton has confirmed they are concerned about the siblings' closeness.

Black Caps test players Kane Williamson, Tom Latham, Will Young, Blair Tickner and Michael Bracewell will feature in the competition's second round today ahead of the West Indies series.
