It's back to business for a refreshed Auckland FC side, following a prolonged break in the A-League

It's back to business for a refreshed Auckland FC side, following a prolonged break in the A-League

The Black Knights host the Newcastle Jets at Mt Smart on Thursday, having last played on December 19.

That's because their scheduled clash against Sydney FC at Liechhardt Oval last Saturday was postponed, due to the pitch being deemed unsatisfactory.

Auckland have returned to training ... assistant coach Danny Hay says the unusual situation allowed the players to enjoy their Christmas break, but he's urging his team to switch on again.
