Super Rugby have announced five law innovations ahead of the 30th anniversary season starting late next week

Among them, players will be allowed to take quick taps away from the mark, within a certain distance.
One of the other changes allows teams to pass the ball back into their own half to attempt at 50/22.
The other changes are tweaks to the ruck, along with removing the compulsion for the referees to dish out an automatic yellow or red card for defending teams when they concede penalty tries.
