The probe explores allegations personal information available to government agencies through the Census, or for Covid vaccinations, was misused by third-parties during last year's election.
There've been allegations Te Pati Maori benefited from use of the data -- which Party President John Tamihere strongly denies.
The inquiry involves six agencies, third-party service providers - and the findings impact the entire public service.
Some matters need referring to other authorities for more consideration.
Public Service Commissioner Sir Brian Roche says the findings and his response will be released Monday.
