    Inland Revenue customers who can't pay their taxes on time, during lockdown, won't be penalised


    Many struggle to contact the Government department - which is receiving thousands of calls an hour.

    It says if a business is unable to pay taxes on time - they don't need to make contact right away, but should continue filing returns if possible.
