Doubts the health system would be able to cope with Labour's election promises

The Party's announced it wants to make it easier for doctors and nurse practitioners to open or buy into local clinics with up to 50 low-interest loans on offer each year.
It follows Labour's plan for three free doctor visits, improvements to GP funding and free cervical screening.
The Royal College of GPs' Medical Director, Doctor Luke Bradford, says it's a step in the right direction - but we urgently need about 300 more clinics.
He says more than 600 would be needed, if Labour's free doctor visit policy went ahead.
