The Greens are confident in their team heading into election year - after another tough year

The Greens are confident in their team heading into election year - after another tough year

2025 was the third year in a row the party's lost an MP in difficult circumstances - when Benjamin Doyle resigned after questions over their social media posts, which triggered a hail of abuse and threats.

It was also the year co-leader Marama Davidson returned after extended leave as she battled cancer.

Co-leader Chloe Swarbrick says at times it's been hard.

But she says in the midst of challenges, the party held its principles at the forefront.
