Some are concerned legalising recreational cannabis would pose dangers to farm staff operating large, expensive machinery.

But drug reform spokesperson Chloe Swarbrick says legalisation would control cannabis and reduce harm.

She says it would remove guesswork, and users could get information on how long the drug will impair them.
