Assurance from Ashley Bloomfield that we'll be getting the Covid vaccine, when promised

Assurance from Ashley Bloomfield that we'll be getting the Covid vaccine, when promised

The Government's waiting on Medsafe's approval of the Pfizer vaccine, which could come this time next week.

The first people to receive jabs will be the border workforce and their close contacts.

The Director-General of Health says the vaccine's arrival is on track for being here by the end of March.

He says they're going well with regulatory approval, and are confident we'll be getting it when promised.
