America's department of health are putting three billion dollars into an anti-viral pill

America's department of health are putting three billion dollars into an anti-viral pill

A vaccine they've been working on for two decades could prevent not only coronavirus, but future diseases too.

US Correspondent Dan Mitchinson says they're speeding up clinical trials on it.

He says some of the anti-virals they're using date back to the early 2000's and were used in tests for influenza... if this proves successful it could be used by the end of this year.
