There are nine new cases of Covid-19 to report today - in managed isolation

There are no new cases in the community.

The positive testing returnees came from France, the Netherlands, Dubai, the United States, the United Kingdom, Bangladesh, Spain and Italy.

The Health Ministry says the varied origins of these cases serves as a reminder, of how important mandatory isolation and testing are.

Genome sequencing has also revealed yesterday's positive case is directly linked to the November quarantine cluster.

The Ministry is continuing to encourage anyone who visited a location of interest, during the relevant time period for the November cluster to get tested.
