A new report shows vaping is a key tool to kick cigarettes

A new report shows vaping is a key tool to kick cigarettes

The paper, published by the Property Rights Alliance, analyses several countries' policies around electronic cigarettes and combustible tobacco products.

It indicates there is clear evidence showing electronic cigarettes are 95 percent safer than combustible tobacco products.

But, Centre of Research Excellence Director Marewa Glover says people are being put off switching to vaping.

She says there are still sectors and people in the community who are prohibitionists and they keep spreading misinformation.
