    The Ministry of Health has declared 6,291 new community cases of Covid-19, and 11 more deaths

    The Ministry of Health has declared 6,291 new community cases of Covid-19, and 11 more deaths


    The deaths are eight women and three men.

    There are 5 in Canterbury, 2 each in Auckland and Waikato and one each in Nelson-Marlborough and the Southern DHB area.

    369 people are in hospital, with 8 in ICU.

    Most of the new cases continue to come from Auckland which has 1,864 cases.
