Chelsea have won their appeal against a second transfer ban

The English football club were banned from registering new signings after FIFA found them guilty of breaking rules protecting youth players.

The Blues were inactive during the July transfer window, but have successfully appealed the ban for the January window at the Court of Arbitration for Sport
