???1;The search continues for the person behind positive Covid-19 wastewater tests in Te Awamutu

A second positive result from the Waikato town came back yesterday.

Health officials haven't yet identified anyone who could be shedding the virus in the area.

They're encouraging anyone who has symptoms, or has household members that are symptomatic, to get tested as soon as possible.

Anyone who's been at a location of interest at the relevant time and is now in Te Awamutu, should also get swabbed.

Testing sites in and around the town open today are listed on the Waikato DHB, and Healthpoint website.
