A man who stabbed his older brother to death on his 19th birthday - has been acquitted of all charges

Patuawa Mihaka Nathan maintained when he stabbed his brother twice, it was in self-defence when his brother charged him, then an accident as they tussled.

A jury has found him not guilty of murder and manslaughter in the High Court at Auckland today, after two weeks of testimony and three days of deliberations.
