Police are still racking up arrests - enforcing the gang patch law

Waikato Police arrested an 18-year-old yesterday afternoon, for allegedly wearing a West Side t-shirt in Huntly.

In Wellington, Police say they arrested a 48-year old wearing Mongrel Mob insignia, after he threatened staff at a Johnsonville service station on Tuesday morning.

Police say last night, they responded to a disorder incident at Courtenay Place, involving several people wearing gang insignia.

They say after reviewing CCTV footage, three people were arrested.

Meanwhile, police are calling in extra staff and resources, to monitor the funeral of a prominent Mongrel Mob member in Western Bay of Plenty today.
