    A person's been arrested following a Police incident in Nelson


    Police received a report of a person making threats inside a private address on Hardy Street East about 3:30 this afternoon.

    Residents who were asked to evacuate their homes as precaution are able to return.

    A 36-year-old man will appear in the Nelson District Court tomorrow.
