A teenage boy charged with stabbing a person in Tawa does not deny the charge

A teenage boy charged with stabbing a person in Tawa does not deny the charge

The 15-year-old, who has automatic name suppression due to his age, is charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm ... after a person was seriously injured and taken to Wellington's ICU last week.

His case was heard in Porirua Youth Court this morning, where his lawyer entered a plea of no denial to the charge.

But the judge says there's a chance there may be amendments to the charge.

He'll next appear on June 16.
