A woman's been sentenced for fraudulently taking Covid-relief money

Samantha Paul's been sentenced to 11 months home detention for scamming the Small Business Cashflow Scheme.

Inland Revenue says she applied for nearly 60-thousand-dollars in the names of people whose details she'd noted down, while working at a tax agency.

Paul was paid out 47-thousand before being discovered - with less than 12-thousand recovered.
