Dealing with Andrew Coster could add to the mounting taxpayer bill from the Jevon McSkimming scandal

Dealing with Andrew Coster could add to the mounting taxpayer bill from the Jevon McSkimming scandal

Coster was among senior police - as then-Police Commissioner - who failed to properly address sex allegations against McSkimming - then Deputy Commissioner.

In an unrelated case, McSkimming last week admitted having child sexual exploitation and bestiality material on work devices.

Coster's now on leave as head of the Social Investment Agency, during investigations.

Employment Expert Max Whitehead says it's likely a termination package will be negotiated.

He says millions and millions of taxpayer dollars are spent on investigations.
