Dozens are dead, and more injured, in the Afghanistan capital after explosions caused by a car bomb and mortars outside a school

Many of the victims are young females, with the attack happening as the girls left school.

Eyewitness Ali Dooshi lives nearby and told the BBC the local area has been the target of terror attacks in recent years.

He says terrorists are wanting to send the message that they are against any improvement to things like education and development.
