Concerns lack of staff are contributing to our Universities falling world rankings

Concerns lack of staff are contributing to our Universities falling world rankings

Global education analyst, Quacquarelli Symonds found most of our unis slid down the rankings, with Lincoln, Canterbury and Waikato being the exceptions.

The Tertiary Education Union says the rankings don't measure everything.

Spokesperson Sandra Grey says universities need more resources.

She says we can't expect universities to do more with less.
