Exam markers have been told to be extra vigilant at Auckland University

Exam markers have been told to be extra vigilant at Auckland University

It's claimed cheating during online exams is widespread -- with students gathering on group calls to discuss answers.

The uni's investigating after being alerted to the issue.

The exams are being held online to provide consistency in case of future lockdowns.

But one first year commerce student has heard of students gathering in accommodation halls to share answers and do eachother's tests.

He feels robbed that his hard work has gone to waste.

But, another first year student says she has seen no evidence of cheating -- just students supporting eachother online before exams.
