    Thousands of Avondale College staff and students need to be tested after a teacher tested positive for Covid-19


    The Auckland school is the third largest in the country -- with a roll of close to three thousand.

    Staff and students have to now self-isolate for the next two weeks.

    In a letter from the Auckland Regional Public Health Service -- students have been told they're all close contacts.

    The college is listed as a location of interest both last Thursday August 12, and for several hours this Monday morning.
