    Trains are back running between Wellington and the Hutt Valley

    Trains are back running between Wellington and the Hutt Valley


    All services were suspended for a couple of hours this morning due to a track fault.

    Metlink says they've received clearance for the Hutt Valley Line, with the first train leaving Wellington for Upper Hutt around 13 minutes ago .

    However, services on the Melling line are continuing to face cancellations and passengers using these services are being asked to make alternative travel arrangements.
