Controversial Destiny Church Leader Brian Tamaki has been arrested for breaching his bail conditions

Controversial Destiny Church Leader Brian Tamaki has been arrested for breaching his bail conditions

In a video with his wife Hannah Tamaki -- posted before his arrest -- he claims he's done nothing wrong and will be New Zealand's first political prisoner if he was jailed.

The video shows a group of supporters outside the couple's home in rural Papakura.

New Zealand Herald senior writer David Fisher has been following him -- and says it's hard to say when he will be heading to court.

He says Tamaki will be going from a nice home in Papakura to a jail cell.
