    A push for urgent workplace reforms, to combat burnout in New Zealand born Pasifika people


    An Auckland University online survey of more than a thousand people found 90 percent reported experiencing burnout - and almost half repeatedly.

    Research lead Asetoa Sam Pilisi's calling for changes to recognise the unique context of these communities.

    He says we need workplaces to shift the culture around personal resilience and the idea of "get on with it."
