The demand for blood donors remains high this summer

The demand for blood donors remains high this summer

The NZ Blood service has 30-thousand donation spots to fill before the end of January.

NZ Blood Chief Executive, Sam Cliffe, says they're making it easier to donate - with almost 100 mobile drives scheduled nationwide.

She says that'll include targeting tourist hotspots like Piha, Raglan and Whakatane.
