Auckland Transports conducting a deep clean at the Manukau Train and Bus stations

Auckland Transports conducting a deep clean at the Manukau Train and Bus stations

A recent positive case linked to the Papatoetoe cluster recently visited the Manukau Institute of Technology in the same building.

    Demelza Jackson is outside.

The student didn't take public transport but Auckland Transport says health and safety on its network is a priority.

It'll spray sanitise the entire station - and stand down any staff who've been in the area.

It's very quiet around MIT right now - the building lying dark and dormant - with all Auckland under Level Three orders.
