    National MP Mark Mitchell says the Team did everything it could to try and keep the America's Cup in New Zealand


    He - like leader Chris Luxon - says the Government's offer was a fair one.

    However, he says when you're competing at that level, money does matter.

    Mitchell wishes Team New Zealand all the best and wants to see us retain the Cup and says maybe we can host it next time.
