The national carrier is warning they'll have to raise airfares due to cost pressures.
Chief Executive Greg Foran says they're having to move their prices by about 20 per cent, especially on long-haul international flights.
He says that's a reasonably significant increase for customers, but it's a reflection of the fuel costs they're dealing with.
Foran says they'll have to look at prices on domestic flights but they're doing their best to keep airfares at the right value-equation for customers.
