Police are still working to identify a woman who was found wrapped in plastic in Auckland's Gulf Harbour six days ago

They have established she was an Asian woman of short-stature, possibly of Chinese descent.

Investigators are combing through CCTV and other information to figure out her identity and how she died.

Police have ruled out the possibility the body is that of missing Christchurch real estate agent Yanfei Bao .
