    39 year old Albert Enoka, a former Rebels gang president, will be farewelled in Lower Hutt, before his body is taken to Whenua Tapu Cemetery in Porirua.

    Motorists should expect disruption and plan accordingly.

    Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of 28 year old - Wipuhara Kapene - who the New Zealand Herald reports is a Black Power member.
