The grandparents of Timothy Tu'uaki Rolleston-Bryan angry and upset the police investigation into his fatal dog attack remains open

The grandparents of Timothy Tu'uaki Rolleston-Bryan angry and upset the police investigation into his fatal dog attack remains open

The four-year old died after being attacked by dogs in Katikati last March.

His guardian, grandmother Amy Rolleston, told the Bay of Plenty Times they thought the inquiry was closed eight months ago.

She discovered last week it hasn't been finalised.

Rolleston says their biggest concern was the impact on everyone - which could set back the healing process.
