Khloe Kardashian won't allow her split from Tristan Thompson to get in the way of his father-daughter bond

The 36-year-old star recently ended her romance with Tristan, 30, but she remains committed to doing the right thing for their three-year-old daughter True

A source explained: "Khloe is very levelheaded when it comes to True and the relationship True has with her dad, so she will undoubtedly make every effort to ensure that Tristan and True continue to have the same amounts of time that he's always had with her."

Khloe and the NBA star have endured plenty of ups and downs during the course of their relationship since they first started dating in 2016.

But the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star has never allowed her personal dramas to damage Tristan's relationship with his daughter.

The insider explained to E! News: "No matter what Khloe and Tristan are going through or the status of their relationship, it has never affected True's relationship with Tristan or the time she gets with him."

The celebrity duo recently ended their romance, having previously split in 2019. However, they remain a key part of each other's lives because of their daughter.

The source explained: "They have been co-parenting and have seen each other several times in the last week with True but are not romantically together."

Last year, Khloe insisted that her family history has helped her to cope with the challenge of co-parenting.

The TV star - who was single at the time - said: "I come from a family that, you know, my mom and my dad they would have dinner once a week.

And my stepdad and my dad would play golf once a week together.

"So, I come from a family that … just because people aren't together doesn't mean you have to be rude or they're out of your life."
