Travis Barker's youngest son may be following in his father's music career footsteps

The Blink-182 drummer, 49, and his wife Kourtney Kardashian Barker, 45, welcomed their son Rocky in November 2023 and the performer has now spoken out about how he's already seeing what is in the boy's future

He told People: "(Rocky) just turned 15 months today, and he's already playing drums and guitar and everything.

"I feel like all we can do is steer them."

Travis added the toddler is "constantly" playing instruments, and went on: "I hope we just lead by example.

"I think you're born with this DNA of who you are, but we can always be there to just, you know, lead them in the right direction."

Travis and Kourtney have a blended family, with each bringing three children from previous relationships.

His partner shares kids Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9, with her ex-partner Scott Disick, 41, while Travis is father to Landon, 20, Alabama, 18, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24, from his previous marriage to 49-year-old Shanna Moakler.

Speaking during the season two finale of 'The Kardashians', Kourtney gushed over their family dynamic.

She said: "I love the idea of a blended family. I think that the more kids, the merrier. You have all these siblings and more people to love. It's a beautiful thing."

The reality star and Travis are no strangers to the spotlight, but it is their children who often take centre stage in their personal lives.

Their family frequently appears in TikTok videos, taking part in viral trends and lip-sync challenges.

Travis said: "We usually get suckered into those things, but it's pretty funny."

In July 2024, the drummer spoke to People about fatherhood and raising Rocky, saying: "The most wonderful thing you could do at any time in your life is have a baby or bring a human being into this world.

"It's just as good as I remembered it."

Travis, who founded wellness brand Barker Wellness, added fatherhood remains his greatest joy.

He dec lared: "I love being a dad. That's my favourite accomplishment - it's my favourite thing I get to do every day."
