Kelsey Parker has claimed she "didn't feel much kindness" from staff after her stillbirth

The 35-year-old star - who has children Aurelia, six, and Bodhi, four, with late husband Tom Parker - was left devastated when her first baby with boyfriend Will Lindsay was stillborn at 39 weeks, and she was taken from home to a maternity ward with new mothers and their newborns.

She told Sky News on Wednesday (28.01.26): "I didn't feel much kindness. The people who had to look after me, their jaws were on the floor and they didn't know what to do.

"I took time off from work afterwards as I needed time to process what I went through. I wouldn't wish what I went through on anyone.

"It was absolutely horrendous and harrowing. I can't even go into what that loss felt like as it's too painful for me."

Kelsey - whose partner Tom died aged 33 from a rare and aggressive brain tumour in 2022 - revealed how challenging it's been trying to grieve the loss of The Wanted singer while still being a parent to her young kids.

She said: "It was the worst thing... well obviously losing Tom was the worst thing that ever happened to me but this it was like a double whammy of pain.

"You never think it's going to happen to you. I had to be strong for my other children. People were devastated for me.

"My children really wanted their baby brother to be there. Their understanding of death is beyond children of their age so they understood that Phoenix wasn't coming back.'

However, Kelsey reveals she tries to think of the situation is a positive and spiritual way.

She explained: "I like to think of it as Will is looking after Tom's kids here and up there Tom is looking after Will's child."

Meanwhile, Kelsey - who met aspiring musician Will on a night out in Kent, and went Instagram official in September 2024 - hopes she will have a "better year" in 2026.

In the latest episode of her and Georgia Jones' Mum's The Word! podcast, Kelsey said: "I just want a better year because it was really, really tough, it was s***.

"I think continue the path of, 'Is there a baby this year for me?' I could have one this year, which is exciting. Also, I think keep raising awareness, keep doing my charity work."
