    Contractors are working to clear fallen electrical cabling on Auckland's Northern Motorway that's causing delays


    The road's closed at the southbound Upper Harbour Highway off-ramp impacting city-bound traffic.

    Diversions are in place and and motorists should expect delays for the afternoon commute.
