    The Kiwis have finished off-the-pace at the latest Indycar race in Indianapolis


    Scott McLaughlin's crossed in eighth, with compatriot Scott Dixon ninth, more than 36 seconds behind winner Rinus VeeKay.

    The 20-year-old Dutchman's won by 4.951 seconds, ahead of Romain Grosjean who started from pole.

    Dixon remains top of the overall standings, 13 points clear of Alex Palou . with McLaughlin eighth.
