A perfect race-day forecast for Liam Lawson and Red Bull teammate Max Verstappen at the Australian Formula One Grand Prix

A perfect race-day forecast for Liam Lawson and Red Bull teammate Max Verstappen at the Australian Formula One Grand Prix

Although today's qualifying session is set to be in 30-degree heat, tomorrow's likely to be wet.

Lawson memorably drove from last place to 13th in his debut race, in the rain in 2023 at the Dutch Grand Prix, as he replaced the injured Daniel Ricciardo.

Aussie F1 writer Michael Lamonato says tomorrow's downpour could be perfect for the Kiwi driver ... and Verstappen.

    Qualifying's set for a 6pm start.
